The original spark came from a simple thought: what if we opened an ice cream shop?

Not a typical one, but a place that focused on real ingredients.

From Home Experiments to a Real Shop

We began testing and developing ice cream recipes at home. Batch after batch. Tweaking. Adjusting. Trying new flavors. Friends and family became taste testers. Freezer space disappeared quickly.

What started as experimenting soon turned into something bigger. The idea grew beyond ice cream. If we were going to do this, we wanted to do it right. That meant building a menu around real, organic ingredients. No artificial additives. No shortcuts.

When the doors finally opened in Downtown Sylvania, the vision had expanded. It wasn’t just about ice cream anymore.

We launched with:

  • Homemade ice cream

  • Smoothies and smoothie bowls

  • Cold-pressed juices

  • Healthy, nourishing treats

Over time, as our community grew, so did the menu. We added:

  • Baked goods made from scratch

  • Coffee and hot beverages

  • Bagels and sandwiches

What We Stand For

From day one, transparency has mattered to us. You deserve to know exactly what’s in your food.

Our recipes are naturally gluten-free, completely dye-free, seed oil-free, and soy-free. Our kitchen is celiac-safe and entirely gluten-free. We use simple, organic ingredients and source locally whenever possible.

We also offer many dairy-free and egg-free options, making it easier for families and individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions to enjoy something special without worry.

All of our baked goods are made in-house, from scratch. No mixes. No artificial flavors. No hidden ingredients.
